Her career spans project delivery, change management, user adoption, and governance — with a proven ability to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to fast-moving organizations.
She has managed multimillion-dollar Identity & Access Management implementations, developed PMO standards for enterprise teams, and supported large-scale SaaS platforms serving thousands of users. Her work includes building governance procedures for JPMorgan Chase, aligning training and adoption strategies for government agencies, and partnering with architecture and InfoSec teams to ensure secure, compliant system integrations.
Keisha is also the producer and host of The Oh Hell No…Not My Data Podcast, breaking down digital risk, AI safety, privacy, and modern security into conversations anyone can follow — and the founder of The Pivot Collective, supporting career pivoters with guidance rooted in real-world change management principles.
